Orders can be canceled without any charge, if the order has not been progressed in our system. You have 2 hours from the time of order placement to make modifications or request a cancellation. Please contact our support team at contact@eloronline.com for immediate assistance.
In case your order can no longer be cancelled, possible returns will be made in accordance with normal return policies.
If significant modifications are required, please contact us to cancel your existing order. You may then place a new order to ensure accuracy.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our facility.
Style, Size, and Color Changes
As long as changes are requested before the production phase, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen.
